Strategy & Operations Principal, Vehicle Operations

As Strategy & Operations Principal, you will own a variety of projects that directly shape Vehicle Operations. You will set strategy, forge partnerships, drive complex initiatives end-to-end and deliver measurable results on financial and operational analysis, process improvement, product development and roll-out. Based in NYC, 3x week office presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual operating and financial targets by developing and executing innovative strategies
• Drive strategic decision-making, project planning and continuous operational evolution with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Manage key aspects of daily operations for smooth service launches and ongoing excellence
• Perform detailed analyses to enable data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across Product, Partner Success, Sales, Expansion and Operations teams to deliver projects that create impact for partners and riders
• Ideate and steer product development, manage feature roll-outs, conduct analysis with Data and Product teams
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to achieve growth and operational objectives

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience
• Exceptional academic record and Bachelor’s degree
• Effective communicator, able to distill complex analyses for varied audiences with the right tone
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and taking ownership independently
• Team player who generates buy-in and works successfully across teams and geographies
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python; marketing and data analytics experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000 – $165,000 / year (excluding equity) based on experience
